These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of cleanheartprofessionals.com (the “Site”), operated by Clean Heart Professional Services, LLC (“Clean Heart,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides general information about our commercial cleaning services in the Orlando, Florida area and lets you request a quote or review a proposal. The content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated or changed at any time without notice.

2. Quotes, proposals & pricing

Any prices, packages, ranges, or sample figures shown on the Site are for planning and illustration only, are not offers, and may change. A binding engagement is created only by a separate written cleaning services agreement signed by both parties. Final pricing and scope are confirmed after a walkthrough and may be adjusted if the actual facility, frequency, or scope differs from the information provided. Where a proposal page allows you to select a plan and sign or acknowledge online, that submission indicates your intent to proceed and authorizes us to follow up; the service relationship is still governed by the written agreement and our confirmation.

3. Use of the Site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational and business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means without permission, introduce malicious code, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Clean Heart name and marks, photographs, and layout — are owned by or licensed to Clean Heart and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission, except for incidental personal use in evaluating our services.

5. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Service-related obligations, if any, are set out solely in a signed cleaning services agreement, not on the Site.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Heart and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clean Heart and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at the address below.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Clean Heart regarding your use of the Site, and do not replace any signed cleaning services agreement governing actual services.
